Charity Poker Night for Greater Vancouver Food Bank Fundraiser

Date

Wednesday, December 15, 2021 - 6:00pm to 9:00pm

Location

Zoom

Food Bank Fundraiser and Charity Poker Night is a go thanks to our friends at DigiBC and AMPD Technologies. This year’s event will be online/virtual and combines the fun of a FREE to play charity poker evening with a pre-holiday Zoom get-together. It’s all in aid of the Greater Vancouver Food Bank, and donations can be made anytime at https://vfd.foodbank.bc.ca/fundraiser/CDM2021

We are suggesting a minimum donation of $25 if you would like to play poker but it is all on the honour system and we understand that times are tough for some right now. So, come along regardless and do what you can! Several awesome prizes have been donated by our industry friends and colleagues.

Zoom Session (Zoom link to come) will be open at 6 pm (pt) for pre-game social and some intros or refreshers to No Limit Hold-em Poker. Official tournament starts at 7 pm in the POKERSTARS application. Make sure you have both joined the club AND registered for the tournament. Get updates here: https://fb.me/e/2DZLt6Lij

How to Register for the Tournament (there are 2 important steps)

The tournament is taking place on PokerStars using Play Money, so it's free to join and play, and we encourage all players (new to experienced) to join us. We highly suggest that if you don't have an account set up, you follow all the steps below before the tournament so you are ready to play on December 15th!

#1. CREATE AN ACCOUNT AT POKERSTARS.COM IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY GOT ONE
